We don’t do in-wall electrical or plumbing, gas appliances, or anything needing a permit. If your job needs a licensed trade, we’ll say so on the phone — before you’ve booked anything, and before we’ve charged you for showing up.

1. Call or send your list. Tell us what needs doing. Photos help but are not required.
2. Free quote, no pressure. We price it before we start. No hourly surprises.
3. We show up when we said we would. On time, tools in hand, and we clean up after.
