What we build
Built-in desktops and workstations. Surfaces cut to fit an alcove, a closet conversion, a dormer, or a wall that no standard desk will ever sit against cleanly.
Freestanding custom desks. Minimalist surfaces, heavier work desks, or units with integrated storage, built from premium materials with proper edge finishing.
Corner and L-shaped setups. Getting two work surfaces to meet cleanly in a corner is where most off-the-shelf furniture fails. It is straightforward when the piece is made for the corner it is going in.
Floating shelves to match. Same material and finish as the desk, anchored into studs, so the whole wall reads as one intentional piece.
The details that get missed
Cable management. Grommets where you need them, and a way to run power and data without a nest of cords hanging behind you on every video call.
Integrated power. Outlet and USB placement planned into the build, positioned where you will actually reach.
Monitor height and depth. Desk depth matters more than people expect. Too shallow and your monitor is in your face; too deep and your keyboard position is wrong. We size to your setup.
Load rating. A desk holding three monitors, a laptop dock and a printer needs support most furniture does not have.

How much does a custom desk cost compared to buying one?
It varies with size, material and complexity. Custom is often competitive with mid-range retail furniture once you account for a piece that actually fits and will not be replaced in two years. We quote free, up front.
Can you match my existing furniture or trim?
Usually, yes. Bring us a photo or a sample and we will work from it.
Do you install desks I bought elsewhere?
Yes. Flat-pack and pre-made desk assembly falls under our Installation & Assembly service.
Can you add outlets to the desk?
We can integrate power strips and surface-mounted outlets into the build. We do not run new in-wall wiring or add circuits, which is licensed electrician work.
How long from consultation to installed desk?
Typically one to two weeks depending on materials and our schedule.
