Tile work. Floors, shower surrounds and backsplashes, with straight lines, consistent spacing and properly sealed grout.
Toilet replacement or repair. New units set on a fresh wax ring and shimmed level, or repairs to what you have: running valves, weak flushes, loose seats.
Lighting and fixture upgrades. Replacing an existing vanity light or ceiling fixture transforms how the whole room reads. We replace existing fixtures; we do not run new wiring in walls.
Paint, trim and drywall touch-ups. Patching the damage behind the old vanity, repairing moisture-worn corners, and repainting in a bathroom-appropriate finish.
Mirrors, towel bars and hardware. Mounted level and anchored properly, so nothing pulls out of the wall in six months.
What we do not take on

Do I need to buy the vanity and fixtures myself?
You can, and many customers prefer to pick their own. We are happy to advise on what will fit and what will cause problems before you order.
Can you move the toilet or sink to a different wall?
No. Relocating fixtures means in-wall plumbing, which is outside what we do. We replace fixtures in their existing positions.
Do you handle the demolition and disposal?
Yes. Removing the old vanity, toilet or tile and hauling it away is part of the job.
